Your Primary Point of Contact
Your primary point of contact is either your Sales Executive or a Customer Success Manager assigned to your company. Their role is to make sure you are getting the most value out of your NGINX deployments. They will check in with you regularly to see how you are progressing and keep you up-to-date on the latest developments within the products. If you need help at any stage, they are experts at pulling in the necessary resources within NGINX.

Customer Portal
You can access the customer portal at https://my.f5.com.
This is where you:
- Download your products, certificates, and license keys
- View your subscription information and see your support tickets
We have sent an activation email to the primary contact on your account. They can then add users as required. Alternatively, they can contact the Customer Success Team who will be happy to help.
